The Spike height with the top washer is around 28mm.
The threaded bold has a length of 27mm without the washer, and 22mm with the washer. (top cap off)
The diameter of the spike and washer, also the disc to place underneath the spike, is 20mm in diameter. (the red marking on the picture below)
