Do I Need the Puck Pro?

The Puck Pro is a great upgrade to the standard Puck+ that comes with the 1528 Tower 8.
It is height adjustable up to 10mm and offers a softer more compliant rubber compound that excels in decoupling and isolation from the floor. In return, you get enhanced clarity, a tighter overall response, and expanded soundstage performance.
Adding to that the Puck Pro features a machined aluminum cup with a unique prism ridge design for a more premium look and feel.
The high adjustment is tool-free, though an Allen key can also be used.
