1528 Speakers Sealed/Ported Mode

All speakers in the 1528 Line (except for the sealed Slim 8 model) come with plugs for the bass-refl ex port. If your placement options are limited and you need to position the speaker near a wall or in a corner, sealing the port can help balance the sound by reducing low-end output. This can be particularly effective when used alongside a subwoofer, as it creates a more controlled bass response.

For the 1528 Center+ 8 only use full open or full sealed on the ports!
