At Arendal Sound, we understand how important it is for our customers to get their hands on the products they’re looking for, whether it’s a regular stock item or a great deal from our Outlet section. However, we want to clarify that we do not offer product reservations or restock notifications, and here’s why.
System Limitations
Due to limitations in our current system infrastructure, we’re unable to support automatic restock notifications or hold/reserve items for future purchase. This applies to both regularly stocked products and Outlet items.
We know that this may not be ideal for everyone, but maintaining a streamlined and efficient system is crucial for ensuring that all customers have equal access to available inventory.
No Reservations – First Come, First Served
To be fair to all customers, all orders are processed on a first come, first served basis. We are unable to reserve items ahead of time, even if they are low in stock or coming back soon.
This policy helps us keep things fair and transparent for everyone, no special queues, no priority lists.
Stay Updated
We encourage you to check the product pages regularly for the most up-to-date stock information. As soon as an item becomes available, it will appear as in stock and be available for immediate purchase through our website.
While we understand that it may take a little more effort, this is currently the best way to ensure you don’t miss out on the items you’re interested in.
