If you’re wondering where your invoice is after receiving your order, don’t worry, it’s on its way!
A few days after your order has been delivered, our backend system will automatically send you an email containing a copy of your invoice. This document also serves as your proof of warranty, should you need it in the future.
There’s no need to contact us to request the invoice, the process is fully automated and linked to when your order is registered in our accounting system.
Please note: Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if you haven’t seen it in your inbox within a few days after delivery.
