Subwoofer Test Tone in the App – Purpose and Use

The test tone feature in our app is designed exclusively to help you locate a specific subwoofer in your setup when using multiple Arendal - subwoofers.

When you activate the test tone, the selected subwoofer will play a short one-second sound burst at 50 Hz. This burst is played at a relatively high volume, so we recommend using this feature outside of your household’s quiet or bedtime hours.

Please note:
    •    The test tone is only meant for identification purposes when you need to confirm which subwoofer is being addressed.
    •    It is not an acoustic test of the subwoofer, and it does not provide any performance or calibration data.

This simple tool ensures you can quickly and confidently identify the correct unit in a multi-subwoofer system.
