Understanding Arendal Sound Warranty Coverage

At Arendal Sound, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to give our customers peace of mind through strong warranty support. Below is a breakdown of our warranty coverage for speakers, subwoofers, and their components.

10-Year Warranty on Speakers and Subwoofers

All speakers and subwoofer cabinets purchased directly from Arendal Sound come with a 10-year warranty. This extensive coverage reflects our confidence in the build quality and durability of our products, giving you a decade of protection against manufacturing defects and issues under normal use.

5-Year Warranty on Subwoofer Amplifiers

While the subwoofer enclosure is covered for 10 years, the amplifier module inside the subwoofer is a separate electronic component and comes with a industry-leading 5-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

If a subwoofer amplifier is purchased separately (outside of the original 5-year product warranty), it will carry a 2-year warranty from the date of that purchase.

Replaced Parts and Warranty Duration

Please note that if a part, such as an amplifier or driver, is replaced under warranty, the warranty period remains tied to the original product purchase date, not the replacement date. This is standard practice and helps maintain clarity in long-term coverage.
