If you have received a subwoofer from us that does not include the correct power cable for your local power outlet, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
To resolve this quickly, we recommend that you purchase a suitable power cable locally or order one from an online retailer such as Amazon or eBay.
Once you have obtained the cable, please send us the following information to sales@arendalsound.com:
• A copy of the receipt showing your purchase of the power cable
• The serial number of your subwoofer
We will reimburse up to 15 USD for the cost of the cable upon receiving your receipt.
