We completely understand your eagerness to receive your package—we feel the same way!
During this busy season, even industry giants like DHL face challenges keeping up with the overwhelming volume of orders.
While checking your tracking information might seem like a good idea, it’s often not updated in real-time. In fact, many customers have received their orders before the tracking status was updated.
Terms like “on hold” can also be misleading. For example, “on hold” typically means the package is in processing and waiting to be loaded onto the next available truck for its planned delivery cycle.
To get the most accurate updates, we recommend reaching out to DHL locally for more detailed information about your shipment. Alternatively, you can download the DHL app, which often provides more up-to-date tracking and delivery insights.
Sometimes, tracking may show that DHL has received the shipment information, but it appears as though the shipment hasn’t started moving yet.
This usually happens because the warehouse team has loaded the shipment onto a DHL truck, but it hasn’t been scanned into the system yet. The scanning process typically occurs when the shipments are processed at DHL’s first hub near the warehouse, which might be a day after the pickup.
If you’re still unsure or have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us at sales@arendalsound.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
